A mother of four, all amateur musicians, Jocelyne Girard has been for the past 15 years a teacher and principal in the French national school system. A graduate of the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris, she has also served as chief administrator at the summer music course in Flaine, France. Currently a cellist in the amateur orchestra l'Académie Musicale de Versailles, Ms Girard is active as an organizer of musical performances in public schools , teaching the students about the different instruments of the orchestra. As a member of the administration of ACMUIN, Ms Girard is the official monitor for the students under 18 years old.
