Program
Since 1995, A.M.I.'s summer sessions allow pianists, flutists, string players, trumpetists and guitarists, to widen their musical repertoire and to develop their instrumental technique by intensive practice of chamber music, in the beautiful region of Provence, France at the Centre Escapade "A Coeur Joie".
Musicians, experienced amateurs and pre-professionals of 15 nationalities spend their vacations studying with prestigious professors and artists.
The "Academie Musicale Internationale" is faithful to Barbara Krakauer's philosophy:
Participants do not come to compete, but on the contrary, to compare experiences and exchange knowledge. The music making is shared by amateur, advanced and confirmed players.
